The big question this week is where is Blizzard going with the purchasable content. Are they cashing in… are they going to? Is this the beginning of the end?
I had quite a bit of issues with this weeks podcast. Sorry for the delay. One of my audio files was corrupt and it took quite a bit engineering to make it play the way it should.
We also missed some of our regulars. Corran is till traveling quite a bit, Kommie and Big Joe couldn’t be here either. But that didn’t deter Tim, Curlen, Josh and Karsten from talking about what was important in our gaming world this week. Here is the list:

I agree on the HD editions. I’ve played C&C Generals(both), Red Alert 2(both), Renegade, Diablo II and a couple other old games, but haven’t been able to because I just can’t stand the graphics. If they updated the graphics I’d be able to play it more. Oh, fun thing I remember about C&C is (well this is kinda new for me since I got the First Decade pack a couple of years ago) how you can up the speed so high that the computer can beat you in seconds. I though it was fun how I could have a barracks built instantly but then not even have time to produce any infantry by the time tanks start rolling into my base.

Another great podcast! Just Cause 2 wasn’t even on my radar until you guys ranted and raved about for the past couple weeks. I finally got it from Gogamer.com on sale for $35 purely based on your recommendation. Freakin awesome game! I’ve only played a little bit of it so far, but I already know this is going to be one of those games that I’ll spend way to much time on. Thanks for the recommendations on those hardware podcasts as well.

Love the idea of getting people who are into Starcraft 2 on the podcast; I too would really be interested if the game is really more than just a pretty version of the first one. Heard from a few friends that it has more things that make in *new* and not just upgraded visuals. Like always, keep up the great work.

Talking about HD versions of games, I would really like to see Diablo II in HD, as endqwerty mentioned. I still play this game on occasion, but I always end up playing it on my 13″ laptop, just because of the graphics that get blown up on my 22″ monitor. I’m surprised Blizzard hasn’t done this already.
Another great podcast, keep up the good work. Can’t wait to see the forums up soon.

I agree Diablo would be a great game to see in HD. Also the podcast was great! I am looking forward to picking up Just Cause 2 and Bad Company 2. I played the demo for Beat Hazard today and loved it. I will be picking those three games up really soon.

I received my GTX 470 in the mail the other day and am loving it so far.
I initially purchased an HD 5850 but it had some issues and I was once again frustrated with the driver issues that have plagued ATI.
