For those that might be interested, I ran across these links and coupon codes for Crucial’s Indilinx based SSDs. Both average out to around $1.55 per GB. The lowest cost per gigabyte that I’ve ever seen!
128GB Crucial M225 for $199 ($299 regular price, ~$275 on newegg)

256GB Crucial M225 for $399 ($599 regular price, ~$625 on newegg)

You will probably be charged tax and the shipping charges are pretty reasonable
Free for 7-12 day shipping
$4.99 for 3-5 day shipping
$7.99 for 2 day shipping
$19.99 for Next-Day, before noon shipping (for those that are really impatient)
For more detailed specs, refer to the PC Per SSD Decoder Ring. As you can see these support TRIM support in Windows 7 with the latest firmware and have Read/Write speeds of up to 250Mb/sec and 190 to 200Mb/sec. For reference, these drives will perform very similar to many other Indilinx Barefoot based drives such as the Corsair E series, OCZ Vertex and Vertex Turbo Series. They also come with a 5 year warranty!

Don’t feel bad, I got an email late wednesday night saying that they were currently out of stock on the 128GB, but that it might ship within 7-10 days. We’ll see, hopefully they don’t cancel the order.

I got the 256 one

Nice! I thought about returning my 160GB Intel and getting the 256GB one too, since they are the same price. Then I realized a nice chunk of that money was from a gift card to the store I bought it from.

Dang it… Looks like it’s over? I snoozed and loozed… prolly a good thing… sometimes better to regret missing a sale that regret trying to justify spending that kinda money on a toy.

For you it’s a toy; for me, it’s my life.
Lol quote me on that!
